Our Mission

Helping children everywhere build a strong foundation for academic success and a lifelong love of learning

As a leading education technology provider, we blend education best practices, innovative technology, and insightful creativity that results in engaging, effective educational experiences that bring learning to life.

Our flagship product, ABCmouse Early Learning Academy, is one of the most comprehensive digital early learning resources for children ages 2-8. Our research-based programs demonstrate an increase in children’s early math and literacy skills, and our content is developed by an extensive team of curriculum experts. To date, we have helped educate more than 50 million children worldwide.

Access Initiatives

Age of Learning’s Education Access Initiatives reflect our commitment to helping children everywhere build a strong foundation for academic success. We serve millions of children by offering the award-winning ABCmouse Early Learning Academy at no cost to teachers, libraries, and community centers, including after-school programs and public housing authorities.

To date, we have partnered with the White House, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the Campaign for Grade-Level Reading, and others to reach children in need of high-quality early learning resources across the U.S.

ABCmouse for Teachers

We offer the ABCmouse Early Learning Academy curriculum for free to teachers in U.S. public and private schools and Head Start programs. Our ABCmouse for Teachers program enables educators to use ABCmouse for whole-class, small-group, and individual learning; personalize instruction for each student; engage families in their children’s learning; and strengthen the school-home connection. More than 70,000 teachers regularly use this program in their classrooms.

ABCmouse for Libraries

We provide free ABCmouse Libraries accounts to all public libraries in the U.S. and Canada, allowing young patrons to access the ABCmouse Early Learning Academy curriculum. Launched in 2014, our ABCmouse for Libraries program is now available to more than 60% of the U.S. population through their local public libraries. Recognizing the critical role of libraries in serving at-risk children, we continue to expand our work with libraries each year. Patrons in a growing number of communities can also check out ABCmouse accounts for use at home.

ABCmouse for Community

We offer free accounts to community centers, including after-school programs and public housing authorities, through our ABCmouse for Community Centers program. In July 2015, as a partner in the White House’s ConnectHome initiative, Age of Learning pledged to make ABCmouse available for free to families living in public housing in 27 cities and one tribal nation. Age of Learning has since expanded this commitment by making ABCmouse available to all U.S. public housing authorities in their computer rooms.
